HP Recommended

I cannot scan to email, I use AOL for my emails so I've set my SMTP to the smtp server for AOL and used port 465. I have selected always use SSL and server does not need authentication. If i run a test i get this message -

SMTP email server error. The server might be down or busy. Try again later.

Click "OK" to go back.

What am i doing wrong?

I have resolved the issue, it was a security setting with the gmail account i was using, in effect i had to select a lower security setting, i hope this helps anyone out there.
