Hi trying to get some help on this issue. My father's printer was purchased in 2019 and this past week all of a sudden the scanner is scanning all its documents extremely blurry to the point where they are unusable. The original documents are all clean / look great but once they go into the scanner the scanned image comes out looking so bad that he can't submit the documents. I tried all steps to fix that I came across online. Nothing has fixed the problem. This is for both the document scanner part and the open tray - both scan options are scan poorly. Please advise.
