Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP Universal Scan driver software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/model...

Once you have downloaded and installed the HP Universal Scan driver software, you will be able to print and scan.

Thanks for the tip, GreenTurtle.  Until this week, always had access to scan to email (even though it is a chore to type in an address on the printer window-reminds me of first cell phone many years ago!) but that ability disappeared.  I have found what I need to do to add it back, though.  And can scan to my PC with no problem.
