Can somebody tell me how to get my HP Officejet 4655 scanner to work with my Mac OS Mojave? Is it compatible?

Yes, the HP Officejet 4655 All-in-One Printer is compatible with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave. There are multiple ways to scan from your Mac Computer, refer to the document HP Printers - How to Scan (Mac) to learn more about the same.
