Product: HP Spectre 360 Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer.  This printer has an automatic document feeder (ADF) for scanning/copying both sides of a document.  When using the document feeder the printed/scanned document comes out with streaks of lines down the face of the document.  This only occurs when using the ADF.  Does anyone has any suggestions or solutions for a fix to this problem?
