I have an HP printer 9018.  I have moved locations and can not get onto the network, only public WIFI.  I have attached the printer via USB - printer port cable, and can print but can not scan documents to the computer.  I have tried to utilize EASYSTART but it will not allow me to install as states it can not find the printer (via usb). I have also tried the Support Assist and does not show my printer, and when trying to install advised it was under another account.
