Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

When scanning on the flatbed, scans turn out beautifully. However, when using the ADF feeder (which is my preference) the final image on the screen when scanning to computer or email presents two vertical black lines running all the way down the image. I have tried cleaning the rollers and it is still happening. Please help. Scan Lines.jpg
