Product: HP Photosmart Prem C410 CQ521A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is unable to print. It tells me it is out-of-paper despite that it is loaded with paper. 

Problem is unresolved though I cleaned the rollers in the back of the printer, as instructed

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

This looks like an issue with the sensor and the printer needs to be repaired. 

 

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
