Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I recently received an error on my printer when trying to scan (use HP App). It has worked for years until a week or so ago. Error is below. I tried to see if any firmware updates required but none needed. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

HP suddenly stopped scanning, Can no longer find driver, it used to. HP Print and Scan doctor find printing but no HP Smart.

I can print. not sure if it's from HP Smart. For years I had a Desktop App that let me Start Print or Start Scan. It's lost
