Hi All
I have an issue regarding scan to mail.
I think my setup in the mail is okay, but I'm confused regarding the setup in network identification, as I followed the youtube tutorial on how to do it, but didn't succed.
Everytime I test the email, it says that "the action couldnt be performed, try editing your configuration and try again"
I've attached my setup in scan to mail and my network identification. I have marked with blue where I need to something in, but I dont know what to fill in.
Please help

The domain name is the name of your internal domain, if you have one. Home networks typically do not have a domain and this has no effect on scan to email. The DNS settings tell the printer where to look to resolve and IP address to a FQDN. Typically you will have an internal one and the secondary will be an external such as google which is 8.8.8.8. DNS suffixes should not be requried to mail scan to email via office 365. You do need to ensure that you have configured your office 365 account properly to allow email to be sent and if you are unsure Microsoft offers configuration information that will help you configure it properly.
