Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I would like to use my Office 365 account on my Office Jet Pro 8730 to scan to email. Since turning on MFA on my account, it no longer works. I generated an app password at Microsoft and pasted it in, but when I save and test, it fails. I am using port 587.
I also have a **bleep** account with MFA, and generated an app password for it. If I use my **bleep** account for scan to email, it works. Is it possible to use an Office 365 account, and if so, how? Microsoft is increasing security in October and I suspect I will have to use the **bleep** account unless I can get the printer to work with MFA.
Thanks!
