Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

Connection was fine last week when I last scanned, Yesterday I received the error message for my HP 9125 that "HP Scan was unable to find the scanning device on the network. "

Additionally, I am concerned that the 9125 cannot be connected via USB to my laptop, and STILL function as a network printer which my HP Office Jet pro 8600 Plus handled these functions admirably, even at 12 years old. This 9125 seems like a giant step backwards. Sometimes I wish I had spent $225 to buy a new printhead for the old reliable workhorse.
