The software driver throws an exception when run under certain versions of the .NET framwork library.    The error it is throwing is:

Exception thrown at 0x76B9C3A2 in AcquisitionDemo.exe: Microsoft C++ exception: HP::Pdsmq::Common::FileNotFoundException at memory location 0x010FA968.

I've used many different Twain acquisition libraries in .net and the driver throws an exception under all of them.  The callstack indicates that there is a breakpoint that the debugger is responding to.
