Product: HP ScanJet Pro 2000 s2 Sheet-feed Scanner

Hello,

I have HP ScanJet Pro 2000 s2, and trying to install its driver for Windows Server 2019.

The driver has been downloaded from HP Support portal with OS selected for Windows Server 2019.

Installation, however, fails with the message of "The Operating System of this computer is not supported".

Any idea?

May be a bad link on the site. You could try the HP Universal Scan installation. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-universal-scan-software/2101620481

Repairatrooper,

 

Thank you for your input. I tried the universal driver as advised but it still fails to be installed with the same error "unsupported operating system".
