HI all,

I am experiencing issues with my HP ScanJet Pro 2600 f1:

  • When I start the scanner, I need to wait 30 minutes before I can scan.
  • On some days, the scan button does not work at all.
  • I have already installed the latest drivers and restarted the scanner multiple times, but the issue persists.
  • On some days, I need to go on the app and manualy turn the scanner on.
  • On some days, scan to computer is not available

Could you provide troubleshooting steps or possible solutions?

I also have a question regarding exceeding the recommended 1,500 pages per month on the scanner.

  • What are the potential risks or issues if I consistently print more than the recommended duty cycle?
  • Could this cause hardware failures or impact print quality over time?

Looking forward to your advice. Thanks!

I also have the same issues.  One day the scanner worked as it was supposed to the next it did not.  I believe it was after the last windows 11 update.  Can the last update be removed?
