HI all,
I am experiencing issues with my HP ScanJet Pro 2600 f1:
- When I start the scanner, I need to wait 30 minutes before I can scan.
- On some days, the scan button does not work at all.
- I have already installed the latest drivers and restarted the scanner multiple times, but the issue persists.
- On some days, I need to go on the app and manualy turn the scanner on.
- On some days, scan to computer is not available
Could you provide troubleshooting steps or possible solutions?
I also have a question regarding exceeding the recommended 1,500 pages per month on the scanner.
- What are the potential risks or issues if I consistently print more than the recommended duty cycle?
- Could this cause hardware failures or impact print quality over time?
Looking forward to your advice. Thanks!
