HP Scanjet G4050 Photo Scanner
Microsoft Windows 11

I've got a new computer and need the drivers for my HP Scanjet G4050. The install disc is long gone... I backed up my HP folder with the files but got this error message. "C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqkygrp.exe The specified path does not exist". The .exe file actually does exist but has "manifest" on the back end. It looks like this hpqkygrp.exe.manifest. Furthermore, when I go to HP to try to download the drivers, I get this message "The device driver installation wizard did not update any of your software for your hardware devices because it was not better than the software you currently have installed." So, right now I have a perfectly good scanner sitting here that is useless.

One last issue. I went from a Windows 10 operating system to a Windows 11 system.

Is there anyone out there who can help?! Thanks in advance!!
