After install driverpack "FullWebpack_sj2500f1-39.4.131-sj2500f1_Full_Webpack.exe" in Win11 as Admin and start scansoft it answers
"Scanner not found".
Yes i know that this softwarepack is for win 10.
The device manager say that all is ok.
My actuell workaround is - deinstall scanner in device manager and then search for hardware changes.
Then the scansoft found the scanner and all works.
After power off scanner or computer i must do this all again. Scansoft say "Scanner not found".....
What can i do to make the scanner works with Windows 11

No solution found. Support has always no solution. The answer there was..... wait for driver for win11.
They should come in 2022. But when.
My solution is still deleting it in device manager and then looking for changed devices. Then the scansoft works.
And next time I'll just have to do it again.

I have this problem as well. Have tried all the usual solutions but the only way I can get it to work is turn the scanner on so it is active, reboot the PC and start the scan software. I cannot believe HP do not have drivers for Windows 11. Very disappointing.

Same here, after upgrading to windows 11, the scanner is not found anymore. Turning it on and reboot the computer does the job. A bit annoying, specially, when you think of the number of sold scanners (certainly more than a few hundert). HP, please update the driver asap. Thank you.

Nous sommes une PME avec 5 scanner pilote HP Scanjet Pro 2500 f1 avec Windows11 et nous rencontrons aussi le même problème (scanner introuvable)
Nous avons choisi ce scanner dans la gamme PRO pour éviter ce genre de problème.
Il faudrait que HP nous fournisse des drivers Windows 11.
De toute façon, nous n'achèterons plus jamais de scanner HP !
