I have previously reported an issue which various others have also encountered - that my scanner isn't detected under Windows 11. In the past members have helpfully suggested stopping and restarting the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service, but this only works until the computer is shut down or put to sleep, and afterwards I have to go through the same performance.
I have already twice been through the upgrade to Windows 11 and downgraded again because of this issue, so I'm still on Windows 10. The first new driver said to be compatible with Windows 11 did not solve the problem.
I note that a new driver was issued on 28 September. Can anyone say whether this has resolved the issue?
