I love this scanjet 3500 F1 but I'm having some issues. They aren't show stoppers but they concern me.
1. Scanner give message periodically. "The image was saved, but not all the selected options were applied because of a lack of memory. To correct, try with a smaller area and/or smaller resolution." [Image in post below]
When I get this message, I redo the job but I noticed this happens after I've been using it for 1 or 2 hours. I usually restart to flush memory. I'm currently restarting the scanning and software.
Here are my questions:
1a. Can I upgrade the memory from 512mb to 1gb?
1b. What options is the machine talking about that weren't applied. If I knew this would be helpful?
