Hello, 

i have a HP Scanjet Professional 1000 Mobile Scanner and when i start the Scanjet Software i get an Error that tell me that the Software cannot find the Scanner. 

When i try to scan with VueScan or with the Windows Scanner it works fine. But i want to use the original Software. 

Can anybody Help?

I see you are experiencing scanning issues with the HP Scanjet Professional 1000 Mobile.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • To start a scan, you need to install the HP Scanjet 1000 scanner driver and the TWAIN-compliant scanning software applications. HP recommends installing all of the bundled software applications.
  • For Scanner driver and software support for Window click on this link
