I tried to use the HP App but kept giving "An error has occurred no Cookie Found" with the following: X-request-id: 929c8ca0-c50b-11ef-883e-fda1e30a83c3.13a06160-cc81-11ef-883e-fda1e30a83c3.
Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Hi @Alv51, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the HP Smart App on your iPhone, especially considering your reliance on HP printers and ink subscriptions. The "no Cookie" error is a known issue that can prevent users from signing in to the app. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this problem:
Enable Cookies in Safari:
- The HP Smart App utilizes Safari's browser settings for its operations. If cookies are disabled in Safari, it can lead to sign-in issues.
- To check and enable cookies:
- Open your iPhone's Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Safari.
- Ensure that Block All Cookies is not enabled (the toggle should be off).
- After adjusting this setting, try signing in to the HP Smart App again.
Clear Safari's Cookies and Data:
- Clearing cookies and website data can resolve potential conflicts.
- To do this:
- Go to Settings > Safari.
- Tap on Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.
- Once cleared, attempt to log in to the HP Smart App.
Update or Reinstall the HP Smart App:
- An outdated app version might be causing compatibility issues.
- To ensure you have the latest version:
- Open the App Store.
- Search for HP Smart.
- If an update is available, tap Update. If not, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app:
- Press and hold the HP Smart App icon on your home screen.
- Tap the Delete App option.
- Reinstall it from the App Store.
Check Date and Time Settings:
- Incorrect date and time settings can interfere with app operations.
- To verify:
- Navigate to Settings > General > Date & Time.
- Ensure Set Automatically is enabled.
- After making sure the date and time are correct, try accessing the app.
Alternative Workaround – Use AirPrint:
- If the issue persists, you can use AirPrint to continue printing:
- Ensure your iPhone and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open the document or photo you wish to print.
- Tap the Share icon and select Print.
- Choose your HP printer and proceed with printing.

I have the same question. I'm trying to install a new HP OfficeJet 8015e print and using an Ipad with HP app to finish setup. When I open the HP app and choose Finish Setup I receive a 'noCookieFound' error with X-request id (and a string of numbers/letters).

I have the same exact error! I installed the HP Smart software yesterday afternoon as I was setting up my new All-in-One.
Here's the info you request:
Product name: HP Smart Tank 7620
product number: 28B98A
I receive a 'noCookieFound' error with X-request id and and a string of numbers/letters.

We are 11 people with the same problem. Could you please propose a correction? We can not use HP smart anymore (for me, the problem is with my IPhone). This is a huge issue. I have several printers, I have a monthly fee for the ink, I would really need a solution.
