Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Printer works fine with printing. However, when I select HP Smart App and go to tab Scan - it prompts " Scanner is Unavailable" please guide how Do i resolve this problem. I want to use my printer for scanning also.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes to your printer?
