HP Smart Mobile Fax unable to send fax

No matter what I do, I keep getting "There was an error prior to sending your fax. Please try your fax again." NONE of your answer boards have helped. Your virtual assistant was a fluke, I've reset the printer, I have the paid account, I've updated drivers, I've updated HP Smart. CAN ANYONE HELP ME? I will do just about anything, need an organ? Spare body part? Nemesis abolished? Just name your price.
