I can no longer get HP Smart Mobile Fax to work after using it successfully for two years.   I believe my trial period has expired and that I need to pay to retain the service.   Under the FAQ "Can I cancel or remove Mobile Fax"  with the HP Customer Support - Knowledge Base it says in part "HP does not require payment or a subscription to use the Mobile Fax service during the free trial period. Before the end of the free trial period, HP offers paid service plan options. You can opt out at that time, or cancel an existing subscription at any time."  Within the HP ELECTRONIC FACSIMILE TERMS OF SERVICE it also says I have to pay to retain the service.  I never received a contact and the one HP customer support agent I spoke to says the Mobile Fax service is permanent.     I've searched HP web site and can find nothing about  purchasing a service plan.   Does anybody know how to acquire a service plan just for HP Smart Mobile Fax so I can use it again.
