HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I've been having this issue with the HP Smart Tank 515, where I either scan or most recently, print any page of a document and scan and/or print at the top of the page a portion of what is seem is inside the machine! I have tried anything you can imagine: erase drivers and re-install it, use the Hp Tool Dr, etc and nothing works! Any hint, idea or help will be deeply appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting alignment issues while scanning or printing.

Align the printheads

1. Load Letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the input tray.

2. In the HP printer software (available from the Start menu), click Print & Scan at the top of the window.

3. In the Print section, click Maintain Your Printer to access the Toolbox.

4. In the Toolbox, click the Device Services tab, click the desired option, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates

Here are the steps:- Click here

Keep me posted.
