Hi Betty,

 

I've similar issue with my 3700 series Desktjet. I noticed that this happened after the HP Smart App was updated recently to version 129.1.234.0. My laptop is using Windows 10 Home version 20H2 and the printer has the latest firmware driver.

 

What's can I still do to fix this issue? Your help is much appreciated!
