Message I'm getting when I try to sign into HP Smart

We're sorry, something went wrong. We're experiencing connectivity issues related to account access. This could happen if you are connected to a VPN.  Exit system and try again later to resolve this issue.

If you continue to have issues setting up, contact HP Support.

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Smart.

 

I have a few recommendations 

 

Try to restore factory defaults on your HP printer and then restart setup process using HP Smart

 

Click on this link for Cannot log in or create an account with the HP Smart app
