The HP SMART contains the SCAN feature which has stopped working after some HP update. I have tried previous recommendations such as....

- Reset printer

-Re-install HP smart

-Delete previous HP products

-Review configuration inside HP Smart.

Nothing is helping on recovering the scanning. I believe this is a bug within this application  as printer WORKS for example by using Word document.  When you do a diagnosis of the printer (HP Deskjet 2700 Series) it indicates...."No issues were found".  Your virtual agent does not help.  I would appreciate some inputs. My PC is Dell Inspiron 15 7000 and with windows 10. As I have said scanning option has been working.
