I installed the printer only a few days ago and was able to use the HP Smart software to do a scan once. Now it crashes every time. I have updated the MacOs, deleted and reinstalled the HP Smart software and it still crashes rendering the scan function useless because it requires the software to operate. I do not have a manual option from the touch panel. This is truly frustrating and I am considering returning the printer back to where I purchased it and getting a different manufacture.
