Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Haven't scanned in a while but HPSmart will not load except cover page.  Eventually this error shows up.  The diagnostic program says nothing is wrong.  

 

(Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001)

Still prints from iPhone,

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting a scanning issue, I am glad to assist you.

Are you able to print using the same app?

 

Meanwhile:-

Delete and reinstall HP smart app to fix the issue:-

Delete from /Users/Username/Library/Application Support/HP Smart.

Then delete HP Smart from the Applications folder and reinstall from the Mac App Store.
