HP Solution Center gives "Solution Center has detected that you do not have the correct version of Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer installed." 

Following the instructions does not fix the problem

Windows version 10 Home 10.0.18362 Build 18362

Hardware Abstraction Layer 10.0.18362.387

PC Acer Aspire V7-582P 64 bit

Windows 10 uses Microsoft Edge.

If you need to run Internet Explorer, then type IE in the search bar at the bottom left corner of your desktop.

As I said I followed the instructions and although 'Shockwave Flash Object' is installed and enabled the HP Solution Center says I do not have the correct version of Adobe Flash Player installed.
