Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

I have a new PC running Windows 11 and the latest version of Chrome. When I log into my Officejet 8710 using the Web Server using Chrome Browser I have all the services visible, it will scan the document, and it opens a new window with the scanned PDF.

 

When I try to down load it to my computer is says "file wasn't available on site". I tested the exact same functions using Firefox and it works fine. I believe it is because the HP firmware is using older certificate protocols that Chrome has disabled and wont accept 

 

Any ideas?
