Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is therer any way to clean the rubber rollers on the scanner for the deskjet 3755?  It is not picking up my papers when scanning.

There is no way to do so manually.

 

Try performing a scanner calibration and check if that helps:

Also ensure you propertly load the otiginal as shown below:
