Bonjour,

Le logiciel HP easy scan qui fonctionnait sur Mac OS Monterey en vers 1.10.0 ne fonctionne plus depuis la mise à jour en vers 2.0.0 de Février 2024. la vers 1.10.0 réinstallée est OK.

Le message suivant s'affiche au lancement.

Ce même logiciel qui n'était pas disponible dans l'AppStore pour macOS Sonoma est maintenant disponible mais ne fonctionne pas mieux. Le problème est le même.

Hi,

What FFLT means is that since the last update on MAC OS, HP Easy Scan doesn't work any longer.

The app keeps crashing upon opening.

And I'm here because I've the exact same problem on my HP ENVY 7640, except that, unlike FFLT who could get back to a previous working version, I uninstalled HP Easy Scan to reinstall it but nothing changed.

I'm stuck.

Good morning
I recommissioned version 1.10 because I was able to take the app on another MacOs disk which had not been updated. To resolve the situation it may be possible to download version 1.10 from this site

Je suis pour l'instant en déplacement à l'étranger, je me penche là-dessus à mon retour. Je me suis rendu compte que HP Scan a une fonction que n'a pas HP Smart c'est la gestion des paquets de scans en recto-verso!

Je croise les doigts pour réussir à installer cette ancienne version..

Hi,
I have the same problem, explained by Malon27 in english.
Unfortunately the link provided by FFLT does not works: there is a redirection to the current version 2.0 which doesn’t open and crashes immediately. Please Dancos would it be possible for you to ask the HP Team to release again the previous version 1.10, that fitted perfectly my needs ? Or would a Community Member have some tips to get this version? Many thanks in advance.

Considering the (new) banner at the top of the page I guess we won't get any further help from the HP Support...

I couldn't retrieve the 1.0 version. As explained earlier, when you click to download the 1.0 it keeps connecting you to the latest version (any site I tried did the same).

That a new version comes out is OK, that it makes the previous completely useless is not...

At least, could HP Smart offer the best feature of HP Scan which was the double sided scans???

Scanning and rearranging large numbers of pages is way to long to perform!

One thing occurred to me: at least 2 of are experiencing that problem on MAC OS.
