I have had problems with the quality of the printing as well as I have never been able to perform and alignment on the printer. I have literally spent hours on the phone with technical support and still cannot print. The last solution was for them to send new ink cartridges. Needless to say, this didn't work either. Every time I contact support, the exact same steps are taken as if this is the first time that I have called and the exact same solutions that have already been tried or offered. Today I spent hours being transferred from department to department and nothing accomplished. I have requested numerous times to speak to a supervisor or manager and each time I was refused. The warranty is still good, yet they will not honor it. [edit]
