We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

My printer with not copy. Black ink cartridge is full. Light scans material to be copied, but pages comes out blank. I have rebooted the printer.

Try these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Clean the print head: Go to the printer control panel, select the "Maintenance" or "Tools" option, then select "Clean Printhead."

  2. Check the paper: Make sure the paper being used for copying is not wrinkled, torn, or damp.

  3. Replace the ink cartridge: If the ink cartridges are low or out of ink, replace them with new cartridges.

  4. Check the copy settings: Ensure the copy quality settings are set to "Normal" or "Standard" rather than "Draft" or "Fast."

  5. Perform a hardware reset: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a minute. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
