Hi

My HP Officejet 3830 was acquired recently and I had no problems so far both printing and scanning. It's connected wireless to my HP laptop on Windows 10. I can print from the computer so the wireless connection is working. However when I try to scan the screen on the printer shows "no computer found". If I try to scan with HP Smart it shows "scanning currently unavailable".

I'm in Australia. Any help will be appreciated, Thank you.

I would suggest you to try running the HP Print and Scan doctor to resolve scanning issues and see if you are able to scan using the Printer. I would also suggest you to install the HP DeskJet 3830 series Full Feature Software and Drivers from HP website. Let us know how it goes.
