Cannot get proper software to run my Hewlett-Packard Photosmart s20. Appears there's nothing available for Windows 11. This is an old scanner. Some directions about it getting into my computer settings were given but not smart enough to figure that out. Anyone out there able to help?

Thank you so much for your input. I tried the items you suggestion and still have no luck. I'm not very computer savvy but your advice did help me understand better. Pierce it just will not work had the. Keep getting a error message about Windows. Help not being available. Attempting to post picture of screen

I tried that resource very first before coming to this area. When I punch in the serial number it does not recognize it. Without having the serial number. There appear to be no other option for me to directly email or contact customer support. At my wits and hair, looks like you can't actually email Hewlett-Packard for any type of support unless you have a registered product or they're able to recognize a serial number. Thank you once again. Further help will be appreciated. Thank you for sending me the link you did. When I click that link, my only option is to enter a serial number. And it does not recognize the serial number.
