HI ,
Since the Windows Creator update, the HP Solutions Centre software has stopped working and displays the error message HP Solutions centre cannot run because your devise installation is not complete. I have tried reinstalling the software several times without any luck. I'm now trying to use the imbedded web server to scan with however, I cannot remember the user name and password. I have tried admin and leaving the password blank without any luck. Can anybody help?

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are unable to access EWS page. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
Perform network defaults and then login to the EWS page.
Press the Setup
button on the front of the printer.Press the down arrow
until View Network Settings is highlighted, and then press OK.Press the down arrow
until Print Network defaults is highlighted, and then press OK.
Once it is done,log in to EWS page
Use user id : admin and leave password : empty/blank
Let me know if that works.
