My HP officejet 5740e All in one Series Printer will print from the computer but will not copy

My printer is a different printer from the one you mentioned.  My printer is a HP Officejet 574e all in one series and I cannot find the * and the numbers you refer to on this printer.  They do not appear on the screen.
