Hi. I am trying to send a scanned file to my Email using HP Scan software.
After hitting a "Send" button, I was expecting Outlook would come out so I can send it to Email, but no response. No error message, nothing.
What did I miss?

Hi,
Please try creating a new text document on your desktop, right-click it and select Send To > Email Recipient.
Does it launch a new message with this file attach or not responding at all?
This is the same action as taken by the HP Software, this will allow understanding if the problem relies on HP Scan or with Microsoft software.
Assuming it does not work, try repairing Microsoft Office, else contact Microsoft as the OS and Outlook cannot complete the same task regardless of any HP Software and this should be resolved.
If it works while using this method, can you see any difference while using HP Scan Extended instead?
