We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Works great - except for the 14 months that I have had it - it irregularly sont copy. Usually 2 or 3 times a month. The fixes have been very radom and not consistent: 

Sometimes, opening lid fully has fixed it, but not always.

Sometimes, unplugging it has worked, but not always 

Sometimes forgetting about for a week has fixed it, but not always.

A couple times HP help has fixed it, but not permanently. 

I have tried everything ever posted on HP, but no one fix works every time. 

There is obviously is a bug to this model. My current assumption is that its a communication protocol that hangs up, but I have no way to diagnose and even HP help hasn't found it. They have only stumbled into fixes, but not permanent answer why. Purchased 11/2023. Still using it for now because it's otherwise very good. Maybe its a flaw in the be cover lifting sensor, but that doesn't quite make sense either. Jim M
