I have installed the full software for this printer from the HP website.
When I try to scan it tells me that the scanner function is not enabled.
How do I enable the scanner function.
Everything on the printer looks fine and i can print without issues.
I have connected the printer via USB and wants to use the app to scan from the computer.
I have tried the Scan software with the driver and I also tried HP Smart Scan.
Is there anything else I can try.

Hello,
Hope you are well, in order to enable the scan feature, from the printer touch panel, you may see three white buttons, a question mark, house and return arrow. Please press house , back arrow, house , back arrow, (tapping one button at a time) , that should unlock the enable / disable menu, so you can select it and make sure all features are enabled, including webscan for scanning.
