Product: HP Photosmart 7520

After working well for several years, this HP7520 has lost the previously configured email IDs for the "scan-to-email" function.  Attempting to recreate IDs results in message that PIN will be sent to email.  No PIN received.  Previous known good PIN does not work.  How do I recover PIN for this function without relying on emails that do not reach my email account?  Yes, I checked the SPAM service.  Nothing there either.

 

Was the ability to scan-to-email dependent on subscribing to some service that has now expired?  I have been attempting to work this issue for more than one hour.  Even signing up for this forum turned into an ordeal.

Hi,

Follow the 2 first topics to troubleshoot such an app problem:

Please make sure the latest firmware is installed and try removing and enabling web services first (included in these sections with a detailed information), these should likely be the most crucial steps for my experience,
