This is a new replacement printer. I can print to it fine from my PC or mobile device. I can scan to my computer fine. I can not scan to my network folder on my computer. From the printer console it says my username or password is incorrect. Print and scan doctor works fine. I have set up several different shares and uninstalled and re-installed all the print drivers. Windows 10 version 1803 is installed. Frome the Embedded Web Server I can save the configuration but test gets an error. "Incorrect credentials. Check your username/password and try again." The credentials work fine from my tablet. I have seen multiple problems on the windows forums about problems after a windows update that sounds similar. Is there a solution?

Assuming everything else is working as expected, you can probably stop reinstalling the printer software. It does not sound like a print driver issues.
Whether this is the result of a Windows Update is not something I can answer. The issue has not surfaced on my Windows 10 Pro V1809 system. That information is meaningless - different computers respond differently to Windows "everything". The "change" if there is one, could be the result of a Windows setting changing as a result of an Update.
I can offer limited advice on the subject.
Consider / Double-check / Try
1. Make sure (again) that the network folder to which you are saving the scan is "shared" and that the permissions on that folder include read / write access to the accounts that require access to the folder.
Sharing a Folder within Windows > How to Share a Folder in Windows 10
2. Reduce the UAC setting on the windows computer
UAC_Settings_1
3. If you have not done so, at least check how / if the following affects the process - Switch On Network Discovery
Verify / Switch-on Network discovery and File and Printer sharing
Control Panel > icon view > Network and Sharing Center > Advanced sharing settings >
Under Private (current profile) >
Network Discovery
Select Turn on network discovery
Check Turn on automatic setup of network connected devices
File and printer sharing
Select Turn on file and printer sharing
HomeGroup Connections
Select Allow windows to manage homegroup connections (recommended)
Save Changes
4. As a means to check whether the issue is actually a permission problem, Switch OFF Password Protected Sharing option
Control Panel > icon view > Network and Sharing > Change advanced sharing settings >
Click to “open” All Networks > Under Password protected sharing >
Click / Tick Turn off password protected sharing > Save Changes
5. Issue: Cannot scan to Network folder using correct credentials
Check / Verify that SMB is set in Windows Features
Settings > Apps and Features > Scroll to the bottom of the page >
Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off >
OR
Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off >
Scroll down to find “SMB”
Check box next to SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support
Click OK to save changes and exit “features” menu
Windows_Features_SMB_1
6. Remote File System - Mapping and Access
None of the preceding information addresses Scan to Network Folder when that network folder is on a remote system, for example, a NAS or other remote file system, a folder "not on the local computer". "Remote" system access includes the need to properly "map" the file system (remote computer folder) to your local computer.
Ignore this section if you are not mapping a remote disk / system to the local computer.
Example of remote system mapped to the local computer
NOTE the use of the IP address - Windows can use DNS to translate IP to system names; the setup is not native to the way the Operating System is installed. Short version: Use the IP address instead of a "name".

The SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support features had to be enabled and it fixed the problem.
Windows 10 Home edition took some work to find how to turn the Windows Features On but after that it tested out fine. Windows support indicates that SMB 1.0 is no longer supported and SMB 2 is the proper version but it does not work apparently. Is there and upgrade comming?

Good - I am glad it's working / fixed.
SMB discussion:
How do I get/enable SMB2 or higher on my Laptop?
Use the Powershell command as shown in one of the posts to see output.
For example:
Windows key + X + (then) A (admin cmd prompt)
type command:
Powershell
to see the current settings, type command:
Get-SmbServerConfiguration | Select EnableSMB1Protocol, EnableSMB2Protocol
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I cannot answer the question about a possible update.
