The Printer Digital Imaging has a corrupted file which has stopped the printer from working. I have located the corrupted file, however I am unable to delete it from the computer. I tried running the CHKDSK utility tool to fix the corrupted file, however, it's also stopping the utility tool from working. I need a way to remove the corrupted file and reinstall the digital imaging.
