Hi. Thanks for helping.

 

I have an issue with a printer that I am fixing: laserjet enterprise mfp m527

 

When we scan a letter size using the ADF it resize the document a bit smaller and print a horizontal black line at the bottom of the printed document.

 

I have tried to find a setting that could solve the problem, but could'nt find one.

I also tried to upgrade the firmware with a USB tumb but the printer display that there is no document for upgrade on the tumb. I tried by network but could'nt understand how to do it.

 

Can someone help me?
