1) Start the scan program
2) On your taskbar right click the HPScan button and select "Pin this program to taskbar"
3) Open File Explorer and navagate to
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar
4) username is your username
5) You should see an icon now for HPScan, you can now right click on it to pin it to your start menu or copy it to your desktop or move it to your desktop

Please use the following instructions to create a shortcut of the scan software.
- Touch the Windows Logo key on the keyboard
- On the Start/Tile screen, type Laserjet
- Click on the HP Laserjet Pro 200 icon, this will open the HP Printer Assistant
- Double click 'Scan a Document or Photo', the HP Scan opens
With the scan program open you can create a short cut to the program on the taskbar. To create a shortcut, right click on the icon at the bottom of the screen on the taskbar and click on 'Pin this program to the taskbar' this would save you from having to launch it through the Printer Assistant in the future.
Please let me know if this resolves your inquiry.

Thanks for your help!
The only files that show up when I do the search are:
When I click on either one of these, it does not open the HP Printer Assistant. Is there another way to access the HP Printer Assistant?
Thanks!
