How can I add the email icon back to my HP Smart app to send emails?

I'm operating the HP Smart scan app with the Laser Jet Pro MFP M14fdw scanner/printer/fax machine and I accidentally deleted the icon that allows me to open up an email portal. How can I add it back? I can Scan, and 'Share' but I only have the option to select the 'phone link' icon. 

I can create shortcuts to scan emails to specific recipients, but I can't scan and open my Outlook. Any suggestions?
