Scan size is the size.
You can crop the edges and change the shape.
You can eliminate parts of the page by controlling the Page Size.
You cannot enlarge and shrink the content during the scan process.
Scan the content > Save as a PDF document
Open the file and Print at whatever size you want it done.
How you print depends on your Operating System / version and the apps / software you are using.
